4x4 Suburban
| | Model of the car: | 4x4 Suburban | | | General comments: | I have had nothing but problems with this truck since i have had it. I have had the car for 10 months and the following has beeb replaced:1. New back window because the defroster cables broke2. New gas cap becuase the check engine light came on and the computer picks up that the fuel syestem is not sealed proper.3. I took the truck in 3 times for the vibration is the steering. They finally replaced the steering shaft after the third trip.4. check valve had to be re-done. It was not installed correct from the factory.5. The biggest problem is I had to have a whole new transmission put in after 13,000 miles. That took almost three weeks. GM could not find a torque converter for my truck.6. Driver side mirrior had to be replaced. Glass came out on freeway.7. The two motors in the rear windows had to replaced two times.8. There is a popping noise that they still can not find in the passenger inside cab area.9. The latest thing is the front headlights get heavy moisture in sid ethe lens. This has waisted much of my time. I am sick of taking this truck into the dealer. I think this thing is a complete lemon. I think GM owes me a new truck! I have learned a lesson never to by a truck the frist year of a new body style. Never buy a car that has been assembled in Mexico! I want my $10,000 back I put down on it | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | That it was built in Mexico! | | | Previous car: | 1995 GMC 2500 Suburban. Never had any problems with it. Not like the problems below. I did burn threw breaks all the time. I would trade that for the problems below any day! Everyone take note |
