LT Suburban

 Model of the car:LT Suburban
General comments:Great storage capacity-comfortable seating.Experienced several electrical problems;battery draining due to faulty passenger door switch;new alternator. Dealership was dogged and polite about eventually finding problem.Purchased the $1700.extended warranty which covers all the bells and whistles-allows me to sleep easier. Compared to 1993 Bravada, it's a tank! The Bravada was big on comfort, but self destructed after the extended warranty-70000 miles. The Suburban already has 67000 and shows no signs of wear. Brakes should be checked annually for wear, but all-in-all it's a pleasure to drive. Also found I get more respect on the road from other drivers.
What things have gone wrong with the car:Buy gasoline stocks! It will "fishtailBuy gasoline stocks! It will "fishtail" on gravel and ice at moderate turning speeds.
Previous car:Beats the 1993 Bavada for endurance and stability for just a few dollars more.
